The location proved convenient. Hyde park was a short walk. i found many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. That was helpful. the room had a microwave, fridge, and sink. I appreciated having these amenities.
The shower space was very cramped. I would have liked more room.

The location was great. The room included soap and shampoo, convenient.
The customer service was disappointing. I needed a copy of my ID and a deposit. Otherwise, they would not provide the access code! There was dirt under the bed, and the shower was partially blocked.
